Some things stick around indefinitely because they are just such a good idea. It is so simple to print photos on mugs that it is no surprise that it is an instant classic. Even more personal, you can make multiple mugs with different grandchildren’s photos and use them to grow favored flowers. They will last much longer than the ones they picked from garden.
